Launched in October 2016, The HARBOR Juvenile Assessment Center was originally design to divert youth from the juvenile justice system. While we continue this goal, we quickly realized the importance of serving all youth and families in our community. To more efficiently serve youth and families, HARBOR expanded to 2 sites in October of 2018 and quickly to 4 sites in August of 2020. By expanding, we hope to be accessible to all kids and families in our community. We recognize transportation and location can often add barriers to families reaching accessible supports and we are working to remove barriers.

Services at the HARBOR are voluntary and family-centered, considering each family’s unique needs and wishing concerning treatment and referrals. As of March 2021, the HARBOR has served over 20,000 kids and families.
