Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments with families, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting families/visitors upon arrival, performing clerical tasks, and conducting quality checks on files.

Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY) is the most comprehensive service provider for the thousands of young people experiencing homelessness in Southern Nevada. The Community Resource Coordinator supports youth and visitors by completing intakes at The Harbor, routing to the appropriate staff or services, providing community referrals, managing incoming calls, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping, and embodying NPHY’s professionalism and care at all times. This position requires cultural sensitivity, patience, and the ability to maintain composure and problem-solving skills in dynamic situations. Position is Saturday-Sunday Swing Shift.

The Division of Public and Behavioral Health, Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services (SNAMHS) is recruiting for a Psychiatric Caseworker 2 in Las Vegas. This position supports SNAMHS with our community partner, The Harbor, for youth and family services. Psychiatric Caseworkers monitor the clients’ level of functioning by interviewing clients, family members, and other community contacts; evaluate clients’ needs and resources to determine the level of assistance needed; refer clients to appropriate services according to the service/care coordination plan.
