This part-time, hourly position provides administrative and front desk support. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments with families, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting families/visitors upon arrival, performing clerical tasks, and conducting quality checks on files.
PT/FT Family Resource Specialist
Clark County Department of Clinical and Community Services is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the position of Family Resource Specialist at The Harbor. The selected candidate(s) will support the safety and well-being of youth and families by assessing their needs, providing support, connecting them to appropriate community resources, case planning, and facilitating referrals. The position will also perform office duties such as answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and data entry. There are 2 Part Time and 1 Full Time positions available. - Assist with program management and coordination.

- Facilitation of multi-session groups and curriculums to parents, caregivers, and families.
- Flexible schedule after training, typically 3-10 hours weekly.
Customer Service Assistant
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Schedule parents and families for services.
- Manage various projects, including correspondence and attedance tracking.
- Flexible schedule, typycally with two 10-hour shifts per week.
