Assess, Guide, and Support

The mission of The Harbor is to be responsive to the well-being of youth, families and victims, by providing meaningful services to improve connectedness to the community through academic achievement, reducing truancy and providing a safe place for guidance.

Looking for support and guidance for the youth in your life?

We can help! If you’re looking for supportive services, have concerns about your child’s behavior, or just need a trusted professional to identify the appropriate services for your family come see us!

  • We offer same day, walk-in appointments and scheduled appointments to meet the needs of your unique family.
  • FREE Assessment: The Harbor staff utilize a series of evidence-based assessment tools to identify the youth’s presenting issue and provide service referrals appropriate to your child and family’s immediate needs. Our teams support your family through the entire process in connecting to the appropriate long-term supportive services within our community!

The National Assessment Center Association recently released an updated Framework that outlines guidance and best practices for Assessment Centers like The Harbor around the Country.  The Harbor celebrates this new Framework as it provides a roadmap for how we can ensure we are serving the best interests of youth and families.  As a member of the NAC, we are looking forward to using the Framework to benchmark our successes as well as plan for ways we can improve the quality of our services to the Clark County community.
